Sometimes the latest version of PowerPack might not be visible in the update list. This can happen due to several reasons such as:-

• License is not activated
• PowerPack version is too outdated compared to the latest version. For example, such an issue can happen while upgrading v2.3.0 to v2.12.3

Fix

Refresh the license details by deactivating the license and activating it again.
