You can download the latest version of PowerPack add-on from My Account section on the site. Here are the steps that you need to follow:

Click on My Account button at the top right corner and log in to your account. After successful login, click on View Details and Downloads.

Here you can see all your details related to the purchase and the below that you can click on the download button for the powerpack.
