New Modules: Sitemap, Breadcrumbs, and Category Grid

Lately, we have been focusing a lot on building SEO-oriented modules. In the last few updates, we introduced two new Schema Markup modules – FAQ and HowTo. Today, we are glad to announce a few more additions to PowerPack.

Meet the new Sitemap and Breadcrumbs module along with the much-requested Category Grid module. Let’s take a look at what these modules offer in terms of features and functionality.

1. Category Grid Module

A lot of users have been requesting this module to display a grid or carousel of categories, tags, and other taxonomies on the website. Keeping this feature request in mind, we have built the new Category Grid module. This module works with almost all kinds of taxonomies. You can add a custom feature image for the taxonomy and then display a beautiful grid on any page.

2. Breadcrumbs Module

Ever wanted to add breadcrumbs with custom styling and got stuck? Meet the new Breadcrumbs Module. Several SEO plugins provide breadcrumbs functionality. So, we have made the Breadcrumbs module compatible with the following plugins:

1. Yoast SEO
2. RankMath
3. NavXT (Breadcrumbs Plugin)

Now, you can add breadcrumbs to any page or themer layout with the new module using the core functionality from your favorite SEO plugin. You must be wondering, what does the module do? In simple terms, it gives you all the styling options that you need. 🙂

3. Sitemap Module

Want to list down pages or posts or some other content from your site? Want to create a sitemap page allowing users to find what they are looking for? The new Sitemap Module will solve all these problems. Here are the top features:

• Create a list of posts, pages, etc.
• Exclude/Include pages, posts, post types, etc.
• List and Tree view layout options
• Styling options

Just in case if you are wondering, the module IS NOT meant for creating XML sitemaps.
